The mother did have to pay the outstanding fees for legal services of the court-appointed attorney for the parties' minor children. The Appellate Division rejected the mother's challenges to the reasonableness of the attorney's outstanding fees, and it determined that the New Jersey divorce judge acted within her discretion by setting the payment schedule and by denying the cross-motion.
