The ex-wife moved to compel the ex-husband to release to her 150 ounces of silver in accordance with their New Jersey divorce agreement. However, he claimed he had already complied. Although the New Jersey divorce judge found the ex-husband failed to rebut the ex-wife's prima facie case, the Appellate Division finds the matter must be remanded for a rehearing, because the trial judge entered unsupportable credibility determinations and conclusions on the merits of the claims.
