Although these parties obtained their New Jersey divorce in 2002, this is their third trip to the Appellate Division for post-divorce issues. In this round, the trial court ruled that a 4.5% imputation of interest/dividend income to be fair and reasonable, when applied to the ex-wife's earnings from her inheritance. The judge heard testimony from not only financial experts presented by each side, but also from its own expert.
