In this New Jersey child visitation dispute, the New Jersey divorce judge addressed the child's dog allergies and the concomitant prohibition on having overnight stays with his father. Finding that the issues concerning the son's allergies to dogs have not been fully developed, the case is remanded to obtain a medical evaluation to ascertain the degree of the son's allergy condition and whether there are feasible ways to allow him to stay overnight at the father's house occasionally, without undue harm.
