Under New Jersey family law, antenuptial agreements are generally going to be enforced, if they're not "unconscionable" or otherwise defective. Here, the parties' prenuptial agreement was valid and required the ex-husband to pay $75,000 per year in alimony to the ex-wife for life and to lease an apartment for her in New York City for five years.
