The plaintiff former student, whose 2001 complaint asserted that he was sexually abused while he attended the defendant school from 1969 to 1971, alleged sufficient facts to overcome the dismissal of his complaint against the school under the Child Sexual Abuse Act and the common law, and his complaint was not barred as a matter of law by the Charitable Immunity Act or the CSAA.
