The-ex-husband testified the recordings captured several interactions between him and the ex-wife. He testified he made the recordings with a pocket tape recorder. He then had the tape converted to a compact disc. He made the recordings because law enforcement authorities never seemed to believe his version of events. He testified he did not delete any space between recordings, and the recordings were completely unedited.
